Blueberry Soy Shake
Monday, March 12th, 2012If preferred, regular 1% milk can be used in place of the soy milk in this recipe.
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) fresh BC blueberries
- 1 cup (250 ml) vanilla-flavoured soy milk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla
- 1 cup (250 ml) ice cubes
Directions
- Starting with liquids, combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Serve in a summertime glass with a straw, garnished with 2 or 3 fresh blueberries.
