Blueberry Soy Shake

Blueberry Soy Shake

If preferred, regular 1% milk can be used in place of the soy milk in this recipe.
Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) fresh BC blueberries
  • 1 cup (250 ml) vanilla-flavoured soy milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla
  • 1 cup (250 ml) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Starting with liquids, combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. Serve in a summertime glass with a straw, garnished with 2 or 3 fresh blueberries.
